Logan Presents 23 Customer Service Awards

Massport presented 23 Logan Stars Awards in 2010. Created in 2008, the award honors non-Massport employees and aviation business partners at Logan Airport whose actions epitomize the highest level of customer service at an airport that handles over 25 million passengers a year.

During 2010, twenty-three [23] airport employees were recognized for outstanding service and assistance at ceremonies held at Logan.

“Logan Stars honors those employees who go above and beyond in their daily routine, making all of us at Massport proud to work alongside of them,”  Aviation Director Ed Freni said. “It’s because of individuals like these working collectively with Massport that Logan owes its national and local reputation as a cutting-edge and customer focused airport,” he added.

Massport is already planning for the 2011 Award Presentations.
